Kibler & Associates has been a strategic partner of KMi's since 2005, and together they have developed online training solutions for companies in the hospitality and supply chain industries.

Bill's biggest client refers to him as "The Bulldog". The Vice President of Operations once said, "Bill, I mean this with the highest degree of affection and respect, but we hired you because you're annoying". He went on to say, "And we need that. You don't wait for us to tell you what to do. Instead, you tell us what we need to do. And Heaven help any one of us that doesn't turn in their homework on time. No one here wants "The Bulldog" chasing them down".
