During his career, his experiences afforded him the opportunity to acquire a skill set that included Operations Management, Classroom Facilitation, Management Development, eLearning Content Development, LMS Management, and Implementing eLearning for a workforce that hired and trained 60,000 employees per year in more than 600 locations.
Kibler & Associates has been a strategic partner of KMi's since 2005, and together they have developed online training solutions for companies in the hospitality and supply chain industries.
Bill's biggest client refers to him as "The Bulldog". The Vice President of Operations once said, "Bill, I mean this with the highest degree of affection and respect, but we hired you because you're annoying". He went on to say, "And we need that.
